Uploading your photos is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Select your quantity
   Choose the quantity you want
2. Find the upload section
   On the product page, you'll see a file upload field where you can add your photos
3. Click to upload
   Select your photos from your device (computer, phone, or tablet)
4. Review your upload
   Make sure your photos looks clear and are the ones you want
5. Add to cart
   Once your photos are uploaded, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout

Tips for best results:

• Use high-resolution photos for the clearest print quality
• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, and other common image files
• Make sure your photo is well-lit and in focus

If you are unable to upload your photos directly to your order, please email your photos to alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us, making sure to put your order number as the subject of the email

Yes! Please email alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us with your order number as well as the photos you would like to include for your order.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Since our magnets are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
