Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom photo magnets may require the full processing time to ensure the highest quality.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for customers in the Austin / Manor, TX area. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup with instructions on where to meet.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
