Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom photo magnets.
We take great care in producing each magnet to the highest quality standards. Before submitting your order, please double-check your photos and order details to ensure everything is accurate.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we take every precaution to ensure your magnets arrive in perfect condition, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help!
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- A photo of the shipping packaging
Once we verify the damage, we will produce and ship a free replacement to you at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your magnet was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will make it right by sending a corrected replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
