When you order custom photo magnets, you'll be prompted to upload your photos directly on the product page. Simply click the "Upload Photos" button and select the images from your phone or computer. You can upload up to 20MB per file. If you have any trouble, just email us at alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us and we'll help you out!

We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For the best quality, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). Photos taken on modern smartphones work great! The higher the resolution, the sharper your magnet will look.

No worries! If the upload isn't working, you can email your photos directly to alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us along with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. We're always happy to help!

We can accommodate changes if your order hasn't entered production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at alyssa@magnetmomentsco.us with your order number and the new photos you'd like to use.

Custom Photo Magnets: 3-5 business days to produce + 3-5 business days shipping (USPS Ground Advantage).

Ready-to-Ship Items: Pre-made sets ship within 1-2 business days.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Just contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged product
• A photo of the packaging

Yes! We offer free local pickup in the Austin/Manor, TX area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you'll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.
